Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience with Dayforce.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle payroll: process biweekly/weekly payrolls for salaried and hourly employees using Dayforce.
• Process adjustments and deductions including bonuses, retro pay, per diems, wage garnishments, and tax levies.
• Initiate direct deposits, issue manual checks, and manage withdrawals to fund payroll and liabilities.
• Calculate and submit retirement and benefits payments to John Hancock and other plan administrators.
• Reconcile payroll data, ensure Alabama/federal tax compliance, and prepare W-2 forms annually.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and address employee pay inquiries.
