Responsibilities

• Analyze loan portfolio performance, including delinquency trends, roll rates, payment behavior, recoveries, and charge-offs.
• Use advanced SQL to combine, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Develop analytical and statistical models to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and support business decisions.
• Segment customers based on risk, payment behavior, and account characteristics to support targeted servicing strategies.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and performance‑monitoring tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate servicing and collections workflows.
• Evaluate existing processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for new servicing strategies and customer‑treatment approaches.
• Evaluate collector productivity, outreach strategies, and campaign performance.
• Develop recommendations to improve collections effectiveness, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance.
• Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests from executive leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and lead analytical or process‑improvement projects.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting environments.
• Prepare presentations that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and results.
• Translate complex analytical findings into practical insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
