Job summary

AutoNation, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking an Onsite Service Operations Analyst to support the After-Sales team. You will work with CDK, CDK Service, COSA, myKaarma, Xtime, FSR+, and Excel to analyze performance and generate reports for leadership.

The role requires 2–5 years of automotive experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-service mindset. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of automotive service, dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and ability to learn quickly.
• Preferred: CDK and various After-Sales tools.
• Experience in customer service/support and understanding of internal customers.
• 2–5 years of automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with store personnel, leadership, and corporate departments.
• Support configuration changes to tools with stores and Service Advisors.
• Analyze store performance and prepare management reports.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends for special reports.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results.
• Other duties as assigned.
