Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years of data/BA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. You will collaborate with partners and offshore resources, and contribute to reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data and business analyst

Responsibilities

• Conducts business process evaluations utilizing data trends
• Identifies problems, defines business process requirements; develops and implements solutions to increase data content and profitability
• Considers business implications of workflow and process to the current business environment
• Manages projects involving data aggregations and custom solutions
• Partners with business partners and SMEs to document processes, train offshore resources, and standardize operating procedures
• Generates and creates reports for analysis
