Job summary

Linesight is seeking an Owners Representative Project Manager to lead on a data centre project onsite in Charleston. This role requires three days per week on-site, with coordination between client, consultant, and contractor to manage snagging, schedules, and partner engagement.

The candidate should have PM experience on data centre projects, a PM certification or pursuing one, and a degree in project management or construction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data centre projects.
• Project management certification or actively pursuing one.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Attention to detail and strong quality focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners.
• Implement project procedures and ensure these procedures are observed.
