Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team across multiple U.S. locations, including Portland, OR.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and directing datacenter construction delivery, liaising with Design Managers, clients, consultants, and vendors. Ideal candidates have architecture/engineering/construction background with at least 4 years PM experience and data-center exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of data center construction experience.
• General Contracting, Construction Management, Equipment Vendor or Architecture experience preferred.
• Extensive familiarity with construction scheduling, budgeting and cost controls.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale construction projects including data center buildouts and tenant fit-outs.
• Coordinate with design staff, clients and contractors to manage budgets and schedules.
• Review deliverables for content, quality and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Lead reviews with the construction team and stakeholders to align objectives and budgets.
