Job summary

Worldwide Mission Critical LLC seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative for mission-critical data center construction projects. You will manage the Owner’s design/engineering, procurement, and construction contractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include oversight of construction, budget tracking, change orders, contract administration, and facilitating Owner’s meetings with stakeholders and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant PM experience in construction.
• Experience with construction contract administration.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s representative on mission-critical data center builds.
• Oversee design/engineering, procurement, and construction contractors.
• Monitor budget status, schedule, and change orders.
• Coordinate owner meetings and contract documentation.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction on projects.
