Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure, strong cabling and server hardware skills, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Certifications like CDCP/CDCS or CCNA are preferred; on-call and after-hours work may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills including Cat5e/6/6a and fiber optics.
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments.
• Professional communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Rack, stack, and label servers.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
