Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on server hardware experience, familiarity with BIOS/firmware, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel to customer sites and on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise servers, data center hardware, or similar infrastructure.
• Direct, hands-on experience repairing or replacing server components.
• Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform hardware installation, removal, and replacement, including memory, CPUs, drives, and PCIe components.
• Escalate complex issues and document steps taken for each service event.
