Job summary

Client Corporation is seeking an On-Site Service Engineer (OSE) to support enterprise data center servers and hardware, including next-generation AI infrastructure. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining server hardware in data centers, field service, or customer environments.

Experience with enterprise servers and data center hardware is prioritized; AI-specific experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise servers and data center hardware.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and replace server components.
• Familiarity with server management tools and BIOS/firmware.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for enterprise data center servers and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime.
• Install, remove, replace, and repair server components.
• Work with customers and internal teams during service events and document actions.
