Job summary

EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a detail-driven Scheduler to join our on-site team in Chicago, IL for a hyperscale data center project. You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules across all construction phases, coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client representatives to meet milestones.

• 5–10 years of experience as a Scheduler/Project Planner in data centers or large-scale infra.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong scheduling analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for large-scale data center construction using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and contractors to set realistic design/procurement/construction timelines.
• Analyze schedule impacts, forecast delays, and recommend corrective actions to protect milestones.
• Perform critical path and risk analyses to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Report progress against baselines, including earned value metrics.
• Support design/construction change management by evaluating schedule impacts.
• Prepare progress reports and lookahead schedules for stakeholders.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings to align execution with strategy.
