EPC Project Management Consulting is seeking a detail-driven Scheduling Manager to join our team on-site in Hanging Rock, supporting a high-profile hyperscale data center project. You will lead scheduling operations from pre-construction through commissioning and manage a team of project schedulers to meet critical path milestones.

The role requires Primavera P6 and MS Project expertise, strong risk management, and close collaboration with project managers, engineers, contractors, and executive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience in data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project schedulers with quality control.
• Oversee master project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Perform critical path and risk analysis to forecast delays.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and clients to align timelines.
• Evaluate design changes and report progress with EV metrics.
• Optimize resources across trades to prevent bottlenecks.
