Job summary

E-Frontiers, a leading global construction consultancy, seeks a Project Scheduler to support a live, large‑scale data center project onsite in Wisconsin. You will develop, manage, and analyze detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and provide accurate reporting to the client, GC, and project management team.

The role requires 4–8 years of construction scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 expertise, and a track record of creating ground‑up schedules for complex projects.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of construction scheduling, planning, project controls, or related project-delivery experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience creating detailed construction schedules, not just updating existing ones.
• Experience on large, complex projects such as data centers, hospitals, or major commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Build schedules from ground up with WBS, activity logic, durations, calendars, constraints, milestones.
• Integrate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover activities into the master schedule.
• Collect progress information from contractors and stakeholders.
• Conduct critical-path, float, and schedule-variance analyses.
