EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a detail-driven Scheduler to manage schedules for a high-profile hyperscale data center project on-site. You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules across all construction phases, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors to hit critical milestones.

The role demands hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project, strong risk analysis, and clear communication of progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler in data centers or large-scale infra.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and commissioning planning.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Familiarity with construction contracts (AIA, FIDIC, NEC) and their implications on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale data center construction using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalents.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to create realistic timelines.
• Analyze schedule impacts, forecast delays, and recommend corrective actions to maintain milestones.
• Perform critical path and risk analysis to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Track and report progress against baseline, including earned value metrics.
• Support change management by evaluating design/construction impacts on schedule.
• Prepare progress reports, lookahead schedules, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with commercial, procurement, and construction teams to ensure milestone alignment.
