Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years related construction experience.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and email apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor job progress with scheduling, estimating and budgeting.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and bid solicitation.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery of materials, and ensure quality.
• Review invoices and change orders; negotiate with subcontractors.
• Attend weekly job site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate with customers, consultants and subcontractors to keep work on track.
