Insight Global seeks a Network Technician to support a large-scale enterprise data center. On-site role handling tickets, change control, audits, and incident management to keep systems running and customers satisfied.

You will coordinate with distributed teams, document procedures, mentor new members, and uphold security policies while ensuring uptime in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic data center

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data center operations or network support.
• 2+ years of experience using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) to log, track, and resolve incidents.
• 2+ years of experience with written and verbal communication in technical environments, including documentation and cross-team collaboration.
• 1+ year of experience working in change management processes within IT or data center environments.
• 1+ year of experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Reliable mobile communication access (phone/email) for real-time updates and coordination.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for data center operations and support activities.
• Monitor, manage, and update incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Perform audits and support change control processes within the data center.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues as they arise.
• Build, maintain, and optimize operational processes for break/fix activities and communication workflows.
• Proactively communicate with geographically distributed team members and stakeholders.
• Escort unbadged personnel in secure environments while maintaining compliance with policies.
• Train new team members on operational procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience through efficient issue resolution and communication.
