Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and track the flow of materials, supplies, and products.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and verify documents.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Address issues with damaged or missing shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouses or storage areas.
• Coordinate and direct work of Inventory Specialists onsite.
• Suggest process improvements for inventory workflows.
