Day-to-Day: This Construction Logistics Coordinator will support onsite data center and critical infrastructure construction projects in Amarillo, TX. The role is responsible for coordinating equipment, construction materials, CDU systems, and long-lead infrastructure components to ensure they are delivered in alignment with project schedules and milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include material planning, shipment tracking, inventory visibility, delivery scheduling, and maintaining material trackers and shipment logs across multiple projects. This person will work closely with developers, general contractors, logistics teams, warehouse partners, vendors, procurement, and project stakeholders to coordinate material availability and delivery sequencing. They will proactively identify shortages, supply chain constraints, and schedule risks, while escalating issues and accelerating critical or constrained equipment when needed. The ideal candidate has experience in construction logistics, supply chain coordination, or material management within large-scale data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure construction environments.
