Job summary

Salute Inc. is seeking a Critical Facilities Engineering Manager to oversee on-site operations at a data center in Afton, TX. You will lead the technical team, manage maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems, and ensure safety, compliance, and uptime for hyperscale clients.

The role reports to the Data Center Manager and includes relocation assistance. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $155,000 per year plus a 10% annual bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k)

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in mission-critical mechanical/electrical environments.
• Experience with data center operations and high-availability systems.
• Formal electrical training and advanced craft certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Technical Operations Team to ensure safe, compliant maintenance.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and client stakeholders to resolve issues and meet SLAs.
