• Good written and verbal communication; able to work independently in a fast-paced data center environment.

• Identify discrepancies and create/update asset-related tickets in ServiceNow.
• Use ServiceNow to track asset-related requests and maintain documentation.
• Utilize DCIM tools to verify asset locations, rack positions, power assignments, and inventory.
• Support asset inventory, audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations, Infrastructure, and Asset Management teams.
• Follow established asset management processes and documentation standards.
• Assist in maintaining asset and location data across enterprise asset management systems.
