Partify Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to join the technology and operations team to develop data-driven insights for growth and efficiency. You will analyze performance across e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, and marketing, and work with leadership to identify trends and optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in data analytics, strong SQL and BI skills, and a drive to build a data-driven culture in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, statistics, math, IS or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, marketing or operations datasets and KPIs.
• Basic understanding of databases and data integration concepts.
• Experience with large datasets and turning insights into actions.
• Able to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Python, R, or cloud data platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Identify trends and insights to improve efficiency, profitability, and CX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for forecasting and planning.
• Monitor key metrics and provide regular leadership reports.
• Analyze marketing performance and customer behavior to support growth.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Support ad hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to data automation and reporting scalability.
• Maintain documentation for reports and data processes.
