Job summary

DetailPage is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team to scale how we measure, understand, and communicate client performance. You will analyze traffic, sales, SQP, and share of voice to uncover drivers of growth and feed into scalable reports.

You will build dashboards, QA processes, and data-driven storytelling, collaborating with Marketing to turn outcomes into case studies, and help clients see the impact of our AI-assisted optimization on organic growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analytics or similar role.
• Strong AI skills and data-driven question solving.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using BI/spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance across traffic, sales, SQP, share of voice and other key metrics.
• Investigate performance changes to identify drivers and actionable insights.
• Partner with Analytics to create scalable client reporting.
• Build and improve reporting templates, queries, dashboards, and QA processes.
• Identify trends to enhance reporting and analytics products.
• Create clear before/after comparisons, trend analyses, and visuals of client outcomes.
• Ensure metrics and claims are accurate and data-supported.

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team and help us scale how we measure, understand, and communicate client performance. You'll dig into the data to understand why performance changes, improve how we report results, and partner with Marketing to turn strong client outcomes into data-backed case studies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance across traffic, sales, Search Query Performance (SQP), share of voice, and other key metrics
• Investigate performance changes to identify the underlying drivers and turn findings into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with the Analytics team to make client reporting more consistent, scalable, and less manual
• Build and improve reporting templates, queries, dashboards, and QA processes
• Identify trends and patterns across clients that can improve our reporting and analytics products
• Create clear before/after comparisons, trend analyses, and visualizations that demonstrate client outcomes
• Ensure metrics and external performance claims are accurate, consistent, and supported by the data

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a similar role
• Strong AI skills and comfort working directly with data to answer open-ended questions
• Experience building reports, dashboards, or analytical workflows using BI and spreadsheet tools
• Strong analytical instincts with an ability to move from "what happened" to "why it happened"
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex data easy to understand
• Experience with e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon marketplace data is a plus
• Experience with SQP, Vendor/Seller Central, or share-of-voice data is a plus
