Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 5 years of customer support experience preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
• Must be a service-oriented team player with high energy; able to multi-task and work well with others.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer concerns via phone, text, and email promptly.
• Make outbound calls to provide updates on installation and service status.
• Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
• Enter and maintain customer records and job information in the CRM database.
• Provide work orders to Service Measure Tech daily and audit orders for accuracy.
• Generate and distribute reports on uninstalled orders and accounts receivable prior to meetings.
• Assist PSG/CSC for assigned divisions and support escalated customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Process electronic payments (credit card and checks).
• Assist with receiving products in the CRM database and F&O, if applicable.
• Support divisions in accounts receivable collections and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
