Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, packaging, and industrial supplies, operates a Georgia branch in Braselton. As a Customer Service Representative, you will build relationships, deliver solutions, and provide legendary service to customers on-site.

The role offers varied, on-site shifts with strong training, career growth, and benefits. You’ll work with a team using advanced tools to resolve inquiries and support customers’ business needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided to learn our processes.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using our systems.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
