Qualifications

• Practical experience with sales order entry and data management across systems.
• Exposure to inventory coordination and supplier ordering, understanding stock levels impact orders.
• Good Excel, with Monday.com and QuickBooks Online; SAP preferred; Salesforce/Dropbox a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in orders and records.
• Clear verbal and written communication; respond professionally and keep internal teams informed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative work with internal departments including finance, logistics, and warehouse.
• On-site work in Solon, Ohio with occasional warehouse visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customer inquiries, updates under guidance of the Customer Service Manager.
• Provide prompt, professional, courteous responses to customer questions.
• Resolve issues and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Intake and organize customer orders with internal teams.
• Enter and manage sales orders in Monday.com; keep orders accurate.
• Maintain data across QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, and internal systems.
• Support finance with invoice generation and follow-ups.
• Provide holiday coverage and assist with inventory orders as directed.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to align movements with orders.
• Assist internal departments by organizing project information and timelines.
• Provide general administrative support to customer service.
