The role requires solid communication, data entry accuracy, and comfort with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. You will collaborate with logistics, purchasing and sales to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in agricultural, transportation or logistics industries preferred.
• Excellent professional communication skills, including in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams).

• Handles customer calls and provides price, shipping date and back-order information.
• Edits orders for pricing and product discrepancies.
• Enters data and prepares documents to determine total cost for customers.
• Monitors credits, coordinates with stock control, and expedites shipments as needed.
• Compiles reports and supports sales staff with information requests.
