Staff Management | SMX is hiring a Customer Service Representative for on-site work at Metro Office Park in Guaynabo, PR. You will assist customers via call center and face-to-face interactions, with a starting rate of $12.00 per hour and progressions to $13.50 per hour based on tenure.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work a schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Benefits include paid training, weekly pay, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities and time-management skills.
• Typing speed 40 words per minute or more.
• Reliable transportation to commute to Guaynabo, PR.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.
