Staff Management | SMX is hiring a Customer Service Representative for on-site work at Metro Office Park in Guaynabo, PR. You will assist customers via call center and face-to-face interactions, with a starting rate of $12.00 per hour and progressions to $13.50 per hour based on tenure.

Staff Management is hiring Full-Time, On-Site Customer Service Representatives at Metro Office Park in Guaynabo, PR.

Assist customers through Call Center and/or face-to-face interactions. We are looking for reliable, organized candidates with strong communication skills.

Starting pay of $12.00 per hour, with incremental increases at 3 months, 1 year, and 2 years, allowing you to earn up to $13.50 per hour based on tenure.

Flexible shifts are available and being bilingual is not required!
