Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring for Bilingual M&R Providers Call Center Representatives in Puerto Rico. This temp-to-hire, onsite role pays $13.00 per hour and requires strong customer service skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to analyze and resolve inquiries using computer systems.

You will handle calls, navigate multiple systems, and maintain professional communication while meeting service expectations during 40-hour weeks, with 16 weeks of training and no PTO during training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience resolving inquiries or 1+ year of office experience with phone and computer as primary tools.
• Intermediate Windows PC navigation skills or higher.
• Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by telephone and computer.
• Analyze and resolve customer questions and problems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and applications daily.
