Job summary

AAF International seeks a full-time On-Site HVAC Filtration Technician to support a designated Taylor, Texas facility. You will handle daily filter replacement, inspections, inventory management, and service planning, coordinating with the customer and AAF personnel.

The role is hands-on, traveling through the site to AHUs and HVAC spaces, with emphasis on safety, accurate records, and proactive communication to ensure timely, quality filtration services.

Qualifications

• HVAC technical certification from an accredited school.
• 5 years of facilities maintenance experience; HVAC preferred.
• Experience with surveying.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
• OSHA 10 or higher required.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily HVAC filter replacement and inspections at the Taylor, TX site.
• Maintain accurate on-site filter inventory and monitor usage.
• Plan labor, filters, tools, and supplies for upcoming work.
• Coordinate filter orders and deliveries with the local AAF branch.
• Serve as the on-site AAF representative, ensuring safety and quality.
• Document inspections, changes, and service activities.
