Addition Management LLC in Bergen County, NJ, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead hospitality operations on-site. You will oversee kitchen operations, office administration, staff training, client relationships and compliance, while driving financial performance and cost controls.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years in food and beverage operations management, strong customer focus, and knowledge of NJ health regulations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in food/beverage operations management overseeing staff and client engagement.
• Strong market insight and customer-focused approach for business development.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and New Jersey DOH regulations.
• Ability to schedule and manage P&L, labor and food cost within a budget.
• Experience managing fulfillment team, vehicle fleet and off-site staff.

Responsabilités

• Support operational directives for kitchen accuracy, office administration, personnel, local clients, facility, capital assets, government compliance and corporate requirements.
• Support quality and execution of catering operation, supervise staff, oversee preparation and service quality.
• Support District Manager in operational execution of culinary events, coordinate regional menus, train staff and approve payroll records.
• Assist Payroll/Human Resources/IT & Finance in payroll labor, scheduling, performance reviews, training, hiring and related paperwork.
• Support kitchen financial performance per quality standards, corporate guidelines, and budgets.
• Ensure kitchen adheres to corporate guidelines, HACCP/food safety and premium quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage cleaning and maintenance of company assets and arrange repairs/contracts.
• Conduct monthly inventory for kitchen and locker products.
• Assist DM in local sales promotions, client visits, inventory reporting, and local purchasing procedures.
• Support District Manager in client relationship communications with local client base.
• Support District Manager in supervising local employees in line with the company handbook and goals.
