• 2+ years of inside sales/call center experience.
• Full time 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process a high volume of calls from clients, prospective customers, and Braman staff.
• Provide accurate answers to client questions.
• Conduct inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers, including selling services and upgrading existing ones.
• Schedule and route service appointments for technicians and sales staff.
• Facilitate effective communication with peers, clients, and management.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
