You will handle high-volume calls, provide accurate answers, conduct inside sales, and schedule technician visits.

This role emphasizes helping customers, supporting technicians, and driving new business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales/call center experience required.

We’re looking for an on‑site Customer Service Representative who is energetic, professional, and confident on the phone to join our growing team. This is more than answering phones — you’ll be a key part of the customer experience, helping customers, supporting our technicians, and driving new business.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process a high volume of phone calls from clients, prospective customers, and Braman employees in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Provide accurate answers to client questions.
• Conduct inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers, such as selling services to prospective clients and upgrading existing services.
• Conduct routing activities and schedules appointments for technicians and sales staff. Arranges service appointments with clients as directed by Service Manager and CSR Supervisor.
• Facilitate effective communication in a timely manner to peers, clients, and management. Relays messages in an accurate and reliable manner.
• Interact with others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Effectively uses communication technologies as required.
