Applied Industrial Technologies in Santa Maria, CA is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and customers in a fast-paced industrial distributor environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Computer knowledge including Excel. SAP/ERP experience a plus
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
