Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a full-time customer service representative focused on supporting our sales team and customers. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday and offers a friendly work environment, with opportunities to grow within a leading industrial distributor.

In this role you will handle inquiries, quotes, orders, sourcing parts, and help in the stockroom, delivering orders as needed while building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Mechanical or maintenance experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel; SAP/ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting and returns.
• Source parts and assist in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed.
• Support the sales team and maintain accurate records.
