Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time customer service representative to support our sales team and customers. This on-site role involves handling inquiries, quotes, order processing, sourcing parts, and assisting in generating sales.

The position offers standard hours, on-site service center, and opportunities for monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses, along with a benefits package including 401K with company match and other employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment a plus
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Basic computer skills including Excel
