Role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a commitment to safety and clean, organized workspaces. On-site, full-time with potential overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales roles.
• Proficiency with computers and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across channels.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide outstanding service.
• Enter and process orders accurately at the sales counter using the company system.
• Provide product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes based on measurements and project costs.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to support timely fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory tasks including cycle counts, picking, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
