Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is seeking a Correctional Industries Manager III for the Joseph Harp Correctional Center. This role leads operations in the Oklahoma State Industries program, overseeing production of goods, inmate crews, and logistics for delivery and service contracts.

The position requires supervisory experience, production knowledge, and strong inventory/control skills to ensure quality and efficiency in a corrections environment. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in data processing, programming, operations, or production.
• One year of operations or production experience can substitute for part of the requirement.
• Knowledge of industry methods and production machinery is needed.
• Ability to supervise inmates and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products and supervises inmate work crews during delivery and installation.
• Inspects products for quality and manages on-site repairs as needed.
• Trains inmates in equipment use and safety procedures.
• Maintains inventory records and oversees material requisitions.
• Ensures security and discipline in the work area per regulations.
