Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting, organizing, and filing legal documents and correspondence.
- Strong abilities in document review and research to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and organization to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with software and tools for legal document prep and research.
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred; prior corporate experience a plus.
