On Call Counsel seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support corporate attorneys in a full-time, on-site role based in New Haven, CT. You will prepare and review legal documents, conduct research, monitor compliance, and assist with due diligence and transactional coordination.

The Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the firm's corporate attorneys in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, monitoring compliance, and assisting with due diligence processes. The paralegal will aid in coordinating transactions, maintaining client records, and ensuring the accurate handling of legal matters. This is an on-site role based in New Haven, CT.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for legal document preparation and research.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred, along with prior experience in a legal or corporate environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment on-site in New Haven, CT.
