Job summary

Energy Systems Group is seeking a Controls and Maintenance Supervisor to join our on-site team at the Fort Detrick Energy Production Facility in Frederick, Maryland. You will oversee Building Automation Systems, IT Networks, OSI PI Historian, and fire/security controls, coordinating maintenance and field supervision.

Five or more years in instrument or HVAC controls and related maintenance, with supervisory experience, are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of related work experience in instrument and HVAC controls.
Experience supervising staff and coordinating maintenance activities.
Ability to diagnose and repair complex control systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise the Lead LPO Mechanic, Plant Electrician, and 10-hour day staff; assign work orders and ensure safety.
Monitor Building Automation System trending reports for accuracy and alert relevant managers of issues.
Install, repair, maintain and calibrate control instruments for pressure, temperature, flow, and other variables.
Diagnose complex control system malfunctions and test modifications in system software.
Coordinate with electricians and subcontractors to complete projects on time and to spec.
