Job summary

Energy Systems Group is seeking a Controls and Maintenance Supervisor to join the Operations Services team at our Fort Detrick Energy Production Facility in Frederick, Maryland. This on-site role oversees Building Automation Systems, IT networks, OSI PI Historian, and fire/security controls, directing maintenance and commissioning activities.

Five or more years in related instrument/HVAC controls is required; seven+ years is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience with instrument and HVAC controls.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating field activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Lead LPO Mechanic, Plant Electrician, and 10-hour day staff and assign work orders.
• Monitor BAS trending reports and alert management of errors that may affect readings.
• Install, repair, maintain and calibrate control instruments for process variables.
• Coordinate with electricians and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient maintenance.
• Ensure timely, compliant maintenance and effective problem escalation.
