• Investigates work-related problems to identify causes and implements corrective actions within authority.
• Develops performance standards, counsels employees on performance, and conducts appraisals.
• Determines materials and supplies for upkeep, repairs, upgrades, or new structures and grounds.
• Trains employees on safe work practices and the use of protective equipment.
• Ensures current information on hazardous materials is provided to all employees.
