Broadreach Executive Search and Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decisions across departments. This hands-on leader builds strong processes, maintains GAAP compliance, and partners with teams to drive performance.

The role is on-site in New Hampshire, full-time, with duties including month-end close, budgeting, audits, tax, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
CPA or CMA preferred.
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

Lead daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close.
Prepare timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
Partner with departments to analyze performance and support decisions.
Manage annual audits, tax preparation, and external relationships.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Supervise and develop accounting staff.
