Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close.
• Prepare timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
• Partner with departments to analyze performance and support decisions.
• Manage annual audits, tax preparation, and external relationships.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff.
