Qualifications

• Well-rounded experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Demonstrated experience leading accounting operations and managing staff.
• Professional services industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Hands-on leadership style with direct ownership of accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations and oversee the accounting team.
• Manage financial reporting and core general accounting functions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes.
• Oversee month-end/year-end close and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate tax, audit, and annual reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership on financial and operational initiatives.
• Maintain effective accounting controls and timely, accurate reporting.
• Evaluate current accounting processes and implement improvements.
