Qualifications

• Strong controller or senior-level accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Solid cost accounting and inventory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills.
• Prior experience managing or developing accounting staff.
• Ability to stay hands-on while working with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly and year-end close process.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory and manufacturing-related accounting.
• Manage cash flow and other treasury activities.
• Partner with operations to analyze costs, margins and business performance.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audit and tax requirements.
• Oversee and develop the accounting team.
• Support accounting system and process improvements.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to company leadership.
