Neuralink is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our on-site Legal team in South San Francisco. You will handle day-to-day contracting, from intake to post-signature tracking, while collaborating with Procurement, Operations, Construction, and Engineering to support procurement and operations initiatives.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to scale a fast-paced contracts function with guidance from in-house counsel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (J.D. preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of contract management experience, preferably in hardware/tech/med‑device/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and negotiation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, negotiate, draft, and manage a high volume of commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor agreements, statements of work, order forms, amendments, and renewals.
• Serve as the primary triage point for incoming legal support requests and escalate complex issues to attorneys.
• Own the contract workflow end-to-end: intake, e-signature, execution, filing, and post-signature tracking.
• Manage and improve Legal's technology platform and contract lifecycle management.
• Develop process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tooling to increase efficiency.
• Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and self-service workflows for standard agreements.
• Manage contract repositories and databases; build strong relationships with internal clients.
