Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to draft, review, negotiate and file a high volume of routine contracts, including clinical development agreements, vendor/service agreements and work orders. The role works with attorneys and Clinical business partners to ensure timely execution and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has a strong legal background, can work independently, and will train and support the contract management system while collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with legal focus or paralegal certification.
• 6+ years of relevant experience; biotech/pharma experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents; present to management.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, negotiate and file a high volume of routine contracts.
• Provide contract support for clinical studies and related documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys and Clinical business partners on study-related agreements.
• Manage risks andprotect proprietary technology; support CMS administration.
