Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Fullerton, CA seeks a manufacturing CI leader to drive continuous improvement across the plant.

You will guide operations, engineering, and planning to remove bottlenecks and improve on-time delivery while developing KPIs and policies that reflect customer needs. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or business, 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing (aerospace/automotive/medical).
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and guide manufacturing activities to meet goals.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for safety and delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Facilities to remove bottlenecks.
• Establish and maintain KPIs across departments.
• Ensure daily tracking of operations metrics to hit objectives.
• Develop standard policies and practices reflecting customer requirements.
• Set and pursue production goals; coach staff and ensure accountability.
• Foster an engaged, energized plant floor culture.
• Drive improvements using data, analytics and best practices.
